Service woman was very rude. Did not wantnto hear my problem and told me she was very busy. Hanging up,on me. I used to think better of macy, but the service deptreally needs better trainng .The womens name was julia , i dont want to deal with someone who cant be understanding l maybe shop elsewhere. Thanks

You issue credit. I pay on time. No missed payments. AT ALL. You then decrease my credit limit not once but 3 times. Why? Because i paid my account in full and have not used it. Whats the purpose of issuing credit and decreasing the credit limit when the account is paid in full and in good standing? I really have lost respect for you macys. It wont be long before your competition buys you out. And you will be a thing of the past.
