SNAAC in Mason, OH

This company is the worst. They have screwed up our payments for months now. We are now on forbearance and had them shut off automatic payments, because it was causing problems for months, and they still took out an automatic payment...how does this happen?! Now my other obligations are all screwed. I hate these people with a passion. I hope they go out of business very soon. Can't wait to pay my damn car off and be done with them! Clearly no one that works there knows how to use their computer systems or do their job!

My wife has a loan through then. This company is the worst I've ever seen! When you try and contact them for questions, nobody seems to know. They took money out our account without permission, and they reluctant to change errors that has been on their part. What makes matters worse is they target military families! Please, Please don't miss a payment! the worst Customer service ever!!!! wish I could get ride of this bike, but I'll be paying it off soon so we don't have to deal with this company.

If I could give this bank a zero I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. And when they mess up and take too much money from you it takes them four to six weeks to fix it. They sure don't mind taking your money but when they mess up they take their time fixing it.

I have never had a bad experience with these people. They promptly notified me when a payment didn't go through and worked with me to adjust my due date for my allotment to take effect without any hassle at all! When the vehicle was paid off and the allotment wasn't canceled they notified me that they were still receiving payments and promptly sent me my money back! Always had a pleasant experience with their customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband (who is military) and I had two loans with this company. The first loan, we paid off TWO YEARS early in full. We ended up filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy back in October so I had to deal with the bankruptcy department. We offered to give them back the vehicle and I was told that it 'wasn't worth their time' to pick up the car. They also refused to send us the title. We cannot do anything without the title. We can't register it, sell it, put tags on it etc...nothing. I spoke to someone in the bankruptcy department and was told that "A bankruptcy does not erase a debt and you still owe a balance on this car." What a dope. Is she serious? That's EXACTLY what a bankruptcy does. It erases debt. I've already spoken to our attorney who is going to handle this situation. This company preys on young military people who don't have much financial experience. They don't make fair deals and their customer service is horrible. PLEASE do not use this company; there are many more reputable places you can go.
