Always great customer service. I always have to go on my lunch and Chantelle greets me by name and is always quick to get my requests done in a timely manner !

They've been a good bank but not a great bank. Made a withdrawal and they were unable to provide all 100 dollar bills. I was sent with a stack of 20s. I think they shorted me 20 dollars. The atm has a check scanning feature that does not work and it's impossible to deposit more than one check per transaction. The tellers inside are often extremely slow, my guess is its because of their corporate policies and software. Seems to be good people with poor corporate management.

I specifically love this location! The entire staff are wonderful! All of them have been, and are: always able to provide what services you need, very personable, friendly, and very efficient. They have a smooth work flow, providing quality and quick transactions. Thank you so much to whomever hired this staff and is in charge of its continuous success. And of course, thank you staff of Huntington!
