I recently purchased a new Malibu from McDaniels. My experience was great from the time I walked in the door to the time I left with my new car. My salesman Jody was awesome. He ensured that I was comfortable with the purchase and even called to check in to see how things were going with the new car a few days later. I would truly recommend McDaniels to all my friends.

My family have taken two cars here for front end repair, and neither one was properly repaired. Sure, they look okay, but the first car began having intermittent electrical issues after the repair, that never ended up being able to be fixed. I assumed it was unrelated until I I took my pickup here a few years ago after a box truck backed into me and crushed the whole front end. It took them so long to get me in for the repair that I had to pay for a rental for an extra month, but I understand a busy season. What I don't understand is why when they said repairs were finished and invited me to make sure everything was okay, there were still bits of broken glass in the headlamp casing from burst bulbs. When I, a 22 year-old woman (at the time), asked about it, I was told it was okay and not to worry about it. I had my father speak with them and they sucked it out, but the replacement headlamps continued to give me trouble. A month later, one headlamp fell out while I was driving on the highway. It was still attached by the wire, but obviously hadn't been put in correctly. During the following Summer, I began to notice that the headlamp they replaced would fill up with condensation, an issue I'd never had before. The orange coating on the bulb in the replaced headlamp is always coming off. I went back to McDaniel in winter of the year after the repair to tell them about the issue I'd had with the condensation coming into the replaced part. The man I spoke to was the same one who when confronted by my father made them get the broken glass out. He was super nice. He said he'd have to check with the insurance of the man who hit me again to see if they would cover it, but that either way he wanted to make sure it was fixed so I had a positive experience with them. He assured me that he'd call me within the week, once he figured out whether the insurance would pay for it. He never called me. I had even checked to make sure he had the right number. I got busy and never bothered with it again, but I won't ever take a car back there and will make sure no one I know does.
