Chase Bank in Lima, OH

I went in there to deposit a check, and the teller took me to a personal banker. I ended up getting a higher checking account (which costs me $25 a year-not too bad)-she was very friendly and actually set me up with a small business account (which I needed). I thought this was wonderful...until the fees started and when I tried to contact either of the people I spoke to-neither could help me. And they told me two different things. Neither one of the women I spoke to ever called to follow up on me. What has happened to good customer service? I would not recommend this bank to anyone...they even charge you to look at your balance at a different bank.
