Best Credit Union in Dayton area love this bank

Love love this place!!! They have been so useful and impactful with helping me repair & rebuild my credit. I have a car loan and a credit card with them. AWESOME interest rates!!!!!! For people that are starting over, or making a beginning, THIS is the place for YOUR starting line!!!!

Thoroughly unimpressed by Day Air credit union. I am sure they are a great credit union if you are a middle aged male. But if you are a young, responsible, and up and coming adult like I am in your 20's, run far, far away. Even though I am young, I have really great credit (above 750), and a respectable income for someone my age. But, Day Air treated me like some dumb kid right after I gave them my birth date, and were very rude. I speak with proper english and in a mature manner when I am doing banking business, and just in general. Im an adult, thats what adults do. But apparently only rich males can bank here and be treated like a customer. So, if you're a rich male in his 40's, do bank here. They'll love you. But if you're in your 20's, go to Wright-patt credit union. They will treat you like everyone else, and treat you very well at that.

Very poor experience. Very poor customer service. Would never use again for any service. Would like to support a local business but sadly will be doing business elsewhere in the future.

I have banked with Day Air since 1985. I must tell u, I've never ever had the first problem. Let me also add, I live an hour from the closest DACU. They have impressed me so much over the years and built such trust, that when I retired from the Federal Government, I chose to keep them as my financial institution...yes, I still live an hour away from them. Being there are never problems, I have no need to go to the Credit Union. All done automatically, electronically or with automated system or on-line! IF I do need to speak to an Associate, it's not a chore to them, they actually go out of their way to make it simple and convenient for me to get what I need! As much as u could "love" your financial institution, LOL, I sure do Love mine!!! Thank You DACU, You All Rock :)
