They've been holding my paychecks for up to 15 days before giving them to me.

The people at WPCU are friendly and helpful. However friendly that they may be - the wait time at practically any of the WPCU locations is appalling. Its one thing to have complicated customers, it's another to have 8 stations with only 2 of them being used, and then in the confines of that - seeing the tellers leave their stations constantly to run around and do other tasks which should be delegated out properly. It should be clear to WPCU that having a huge customer base - and not enough people staffed at their locations to do all the duties required as a bank facility will not deliver a good experience for their customers.

It's one of the most friendly branche I have visited in the last past 3 years keep up the "Great Work" Thank you.

What a joke. The new walk up to greet you service is such a dog and pony show. I wish they would have just stuck with teller Windows that were arranged the traditional way. I feel like everyone's business is right out in the open for everyone to see. Money being counted. Just walk into this credit union if you want to know everyone's personal business and how much money they are taking out the door. Peoples security is much more important than the daily welcoming committee and island terminals.

Since CPI took forever applying my proof of insurance to the account correctly, I got charged an extra $2,500. I've been following up with them for 6 months now because they kept making mistakes since I'm not the primary loan holder. Now that the fee has been taken off and all my payments were made within the grace period, they still reported me to the credit bureau and dropped my score by more than 50 points. The lady I spoke to in this branch told me I was "lucky" they didn't report it for more than that because I should have made sure they did their job and I should have just paid the extra. Well news flash: I DID follow up, I eventually DID pay the extra amount, and I did everything they asked. This was NOT my fault and I am NOT okay with paying the price for it. BBB Complaint pending.
