Poor branch, no focus on customer efficiency. It took me over twenty minutes just to withdraw twenty dollars from the teller. With this attitude I won't be back soon

I have been with this bank for 11 years and never had a problem until they closed the Ravenna branch. My favorite teller transferred to the Kent branch but unfortunately I'm stuck dealing with the oldest rudest teller they have more often than not. To say she has a nasty personality would be an understatement. Not only is she rude but she has screwed with me on MORE than one occasion. My husband and I are currently looking for a new bank, after 11 years, all because of the way ONE horrible teller treats the customers. Clearly Customer Service is NOT a priority here and one can only hope that when Huntington takes them over they do something. This first merit customer won't be around long enough to find out.

Great customer service! Like any bank, it can get a little slow at times, but that's something they can't control. My only suggestion (which is more of a corporate decision) would be to add a walk-up ATM like at their old location because so many college students use the bank after hours and don't have cars.
