Horrible I was sold a car that won't even pass the aims test they act like they can't help u solve any problems...it's already bad enough I got locked into a ridiculously high loan for a car that can't pass the aims test to be eligible for plates

Terrible Customer Service, Period! Tried calling over the phone about about a car I wanted and spoke to The Owner about his website being insecure and asked if there was another way to send my information that he needed. He then asked if my credit was bad and I said yes. He started laughing and said what do I care if the website is insecure if my credit is bad. This is a terrible response for a customer to hear knowing that the dealer I'm buying from doesn't care if my Information gets stolen from his insecure website. Should we all assume he cares if he's selling a crappy car. I don't think so. He then preceded to say that if I don't think his website is secure then I should find some place else. Say no more fam. Say no more

Julie was VERY responsive and helpful, even to the point of climbing under the truck to "Facetime" me the condition of the frame. I was picked up at the airport (on time!) and the truck was ready when I got there. The whole purchasing process only took 15-20 minutes.
