Horrible customers service!! They charge you to draft from your account and then when I closed my account they charged me 95.00. Stay away from this company!!

Horrible experience. I would not recommend. It's better to go through your bank or a legit service. They are non-responsive, have poor customer service and they charge you insane "contract" fees as an incentive to keep you with their company.

Love the convenience of having payments automatically withdrawn right from my paychecks. The program is extremely flexible and I really appreciate how knowlegeble and helpful the reps are. I reccomend this program to all my friends.

I had never heard of a bi-weekly program prior to signing up. Since then I have had the freedom and peace of mind that comes with having Avalon taking care of your bill. If your lender happens to misplace a payment they will gladly review your payment history and get it rectified ASAP!
