I have been doing business with this branch for a long time but the new manager is not helpful. He is concerned about explaining why he cannot help and not in helping its customers. He is dismissive and does not return calls. I would not open an account there again!

This branch is awful! I if could give it 0 stars I would. Its sad because their tellers are WONDERFUL!! So nice and helpful. However, there is a homeless women that sleeps in their atm vestibule area every single night. She smells and I am unable to use the atm after 9pm and before they open at 9 am. I have not only called the branch I have also called corporate. Their bank manager seems to always be in a meeting. I have requested to be called back by the bank manager and I have yet to hear from her. Its just ridiculous, unsafe and DISGUSTING! The women can get into the vestibule because their card entry on the door has been broken for months. They claim their is a "work order" in to fix it BUT as of this morning 3/16/16 6:35am she was sleeping away inside!!

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 yrs and never had such bad service in my life! I know that the customer is not always right; however, as a customer and a manager myself, I know the importance of customer loyalty and retention and how it impacts my business. The bank staff and especially the Management at this location were not only unfriendly, but they were extremely unprofessional. I was the only customer in the bank, the staff was neither urgent or responsive and when they finally got around to asking me for help they were extremely rude! The Manager was a direct reflection of his poor staff and in the end he was FAR worse!!! As a retail manager, I understood the mgrs point of view and his inability to help me within his means (which was enough for me to disregard his rudeness, which had been overwhelming from the start), but when I simply asked him what he would do or if he could simply point me in the right direction, he said repeatedly that I was wasting his time! I was the only customer to enter the branch in 15+ mins!!!! By far the worst experience I have ever had. Thank God there is another Wells Fargo location by my work. I will NEVER use this location again and I strongly urge others to avoid this location at all costs!!!!

I went into the Wells Fargo Bank on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains, New York to make a deposit. While I was there, I noticed that all the advertising signs were in Spanish. Only a small sign was in English. When I complained to the manager, a so-called "Brokerage Associate' by the name of Joshua Leon came out. He basically told me in English, that it was my problem and he would be happy to translate into English. I informed him that this is an English-speaking country. I got into a tiff with both him and the manager and when I said I would close my accounts, Joshua told me "go ahead." (I have considerable savings and checking with Wells Fargo) When I returned home, I called Wells Fargo to lodge a complaint. I plan on closing all 3 of my checking and savings accounts, as well as my Wells Fargo account iwht a broker, later in the week. This bank is terrible. No customer service whatsoever!

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo and maintain a sizable balance in my accounts. I needed a single document notarized and the notary at this brance told me he was too busy and to come back another day. However, when I walked in he was standing in the common area chatting and laughing with another employee named Brian. The notary walked away and left me to speak with Brian. Brian was very rude and totally dismissed my customer service concern. From looking at the other reviews of this branch, I don't feel so bad. It looks like they treat all their customers like trash.
