Bank need two make one ATM in Stamford city there's no bank and no ATM

Horrible! I send my boyfriend to do an ATM deposit and the machine breaksdown in the process. I am in the salon and it's 11:35am on a Saturday and the Manager, Mark Randall, says I need to go in and fill out a claim and get a new card before they close at 1:00pm!!! Again I am in the moddle of dying my hair do it's practically impossible. So now I don't have the money I was depositing or a debit card until Monday. Besides this they might have 5 people there, but only one is actually working. So to make a deposit with an actual human takes 25+ minutes of waiting on line. This is the worst Capital One of all!

I will give you an honest review of the Capital one Branch of 1/3/2017 - Tuesday. As i live in WP since childhood, I have been going to this place ever since 2003 (ex-Greenpoint, ex-Northfork and now Capitalone). I have seen many manager come and go, but the new manager, MARK is something else, remarkable. I was going through mortgage and not from capitalone. He did not for a second made me feel like another client. Even though Capitalone did not win my mortgage, MARK treated me and answered my phone calls like a personal banker. Thats great thing when in crunch time like mortgage. He provided all the paper, bank letters you name it to my lending bank on the spot. I hope CapitalOne see this and his potential. Due to positive energy in bank all the tellers are pleasure to work as well. They always have smile and positiveness. REMEMBER THEY ARE HUMANS JUST LIKE US. Employees Services make Bank great not the DEALS. WISHING a great success to MARK and co in future. If you go on lunch time ... ofcourse ALL banks going to be busy .. so people please be practical and have little common sense. Be thankful.
