CCCS partnered up with our college and provided our students informational sessions on topics like budgeting and managing school loans. Our students found the information to be very useful and as a partner, we felt the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Consumer Credit Counseling Service makes a huge difference in peoples' lives. I saw this firsthand when a dear friend was hopeless and desperate--drowning in debt. She was reluctant to ask for help but finally relented and was welcomed with open arms at Consumer Credit Counseling Service. She was treated exceptionally well by her counselor and after a few sessions, she was back in a good mental place. It is taking her time to pay off her debt, but the payment plan she is on is helping her stay focused and feel like she is finally making progress. I am really happy that they were there for her--and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing help in this area.

I absolutely recommend CCCS. The staff is wonderful, incredibly helpful and genuine. I left my appointment feeling much more empowered. If you are worried about your finances, have questions about your student loans - whatever - do not hesitate to call and make an appointment. It is worth it!

My experience with CCCS of Buffalo was phenomenal. I worked with Lisa to help with my student loan debt and talk about my financial goals. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy I went. Sometimes when you hear about companies that will help you with your debt, you're not sure if they're real or just a scam that will make things worse. This place is real and so helpful.
