I was referred to Nickel City by my mother in law. I spoke with Chris Vassallo on getting a mortgage for a home. Not only was I approved but I was approved for a great amount. Once we chose a home Chris helped us get everything situated for the loan and made time when I was available to go over the documents and answer any questions I had. After going through the documents I have been working with with Gamila. She has been in contact with me daily and to me that is huge. Even Chris has called me just to see how things are going. I would recommend Nickel City Funding ten times over to anyone. I plan to work on them with my next home as well.

I had such a wonderful experience with Nickel City Funding when buying my first home this past March. I was very nervous about the process and wasn't even sure if I could qualify. I was referred to Chris at Nickel City Funding by my Realtor. He was AMAZING! He explained everything to a "T" and in a way I could understand. He was always very punctual and even answered a text from me when he was at a family function. After the process was started I then worked with Gamila until the end-She was beyond amazing to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was completely stress free for me despite all of the horror stories I have heard about home buying. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!! Thank you Chris and Gamila!!

Many good reviews. This guy ONLY WILL ASSIST with his preferred lenders. He WILL NOT WORK WITH a down payment assistance program to go out and Help ANYONE. NOT EVERYONE has the kind of Money Matt Short has. He is strictly in it for himself. He will pull your credit in a second a HARD HIT, and then tell you anything to have you Bail. I'm sure the guy has made a few happy. Just remember, he doesn't care about any first time home buyer programs. He is a middle man. Making a buck. Good kick. He is not for everyone.

Nickel City Funding, Inc. was very helpful in the whole mortgage process. Chris and Gamila did a wonderful job in keeping us informed and went above and beyond in getting our loan closed. This was a great experience for my wife and I as this was our first home. I would definitely recommend Nickel City Funding to all of my friends and family.
