KeyBank in Niagara Falls, NY

This is by far the best bank I've ever belonged to. Their staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. They remember me and my business and my banking needs and often ask me about how things are going from past conversations I've had with them. I love the close and easy location. I love that Key bank doesn't force you to fill out those stupid deposit slips. (If some random stranger wants to deposit money into my account, let him. I shouldn't have to jump through a bunch of stupid hoops to PUT money into my account. Key bank understands this and doesn't make you do it.) Setting up accounts and getting help is super easy here and they don't berate you for asking stupid questions. Trust me, I've asked many stupid questions. This is my third bank account in Niagara Falls in six years for my business and should be my last. I had awful experiences with other banks in the area and this is the only one that has been a complete joy. I actually enjoy walking in to this bank and it's often a highlight of my day.

Excellent staff. I do however wish all banks, including KeyBank had viable returns on investment opportunities and even savings accounts.

Worst customer service. Very rude and uncaring. Thanks for nothing. Only if it benefits them, do they "help". Had surgery and a check over drafted my account. Asked for help with the charges and they didn't care. Closing accounts as soon as possible.

Branch manager at this location is quite possibly the most unprofessional, least caring branch manager at any financial institution nationwide. Do your job guy. Take care of customers and don't scoff at their complaints. You only got one star because I had to leave one to write a review.
