I wasn't really looking for a refi, but after casually browsing online to see current rates, I got a call from these people, they pushed me to refinance with them, it was the biggest mistake I made. They sent down an unprofessional appraisal co. who wrote in wrong # of rooms, 2/3 of the actual square footage, and then went to my local town with a mountain of violations they thinks they found. I had to argue with these people that I have over 2700 sq ft. (not 2300) and 3 full baths (not 2), and that they fished out the lowest comps, to make my house artificially lower in value. While I put all my stock in this firm, I completely ignored the many other firms that I spoke with, and so I lost out on the low rates.

US Mortgage Corp came to the rescue when my family needed to refi to a lower rate. It was quick simple and easy within 3 weeks my family refinanced their mortgage.
