I believed I officially applied for my loan on December 6, 2011. The closing took place on December 29, 2011. That is a total of 23 days. That amount of time is OUTSTANDING. The terms of the loan are what I wanted. Without the hard work of Michael W.

For being in the industry and knowing how banks have tighten their guidelines; I do appreciate the way my application has been handled from beginning. There were challenges but thanks to great minds like Monte, Jill and Roxana I was able to overcome them. I couldn't have asked more from a lender. Responded to all our questions/emails very quickly. She was very knowledable and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We had a short deadline to close by and she worked hard to ensure we closed on time. We appreciate everything she has done for us and would recommend her to others!!

SELLER BEWARE if your buyer is using this Mortgage Co. Sold my home in Patchogue NY and my seller was pre approved by this company CHL Mortgage, in August 2015. The contract stated we had to close by December 18th 2015. We(seller) were told week after week closing would be next week, next week, next week! We rented an apartment at the end of November believing we would close by the middle of December. Our lawyer told us he was told by the buyers lawyer that the Mortgage Co told the buyer SCREW the seller they will wait(buyer had problem with closing on the house they were selling) . We (seller) had to serve the buyer and their lawyer a Time is of the Essence letter to force them to close or lose their down payment. VERY unprofessional a HORRIBLE experience selling your home is sooo stressful. Do not sign a contract with a buyer who is using CHL Mortgage aka Freedom Mortgage CO. We finally closed January 26, 2016.
