The Money Source in Melville, NY

Bank statements prove we paid our mortgage on time but The Money Source can't find our payment. Total sham!

Loan just transferred here and they cant find me in the system........ I have never had such a hard time trying to give someone my money EVER! I HATE THIS PLACE ALREADY

This company is such a joke. We had problems with them when we had a mortgage of them constantly changing the amount they wanted due for escrow and continuously raising our mortgage payment. Also, sold our house in 2016 and they told us we could not see our 1098 online with our previous online login, because THEY changed their online login and since we no longer have a mortgage with them, it won't work. They claimed they mailed 1098 on Monday, it has been over 1 week and it's still not here!!! They are the only ones holding me up with filing my taxes - already got 1098 from our new mortgage company. When I called to discuss these matters with them, I was on hold for over 30 minutes! I wish I could add a photo to this post to screenshot my hold time. This company is pathetic- I highly encourage you to find someone else for your mortgage needs!!

Their website has improved but the service is poor. But what should you expect from a site called "The Money Source" since that's all we are!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! People do NOT come first here!! They made an error 6 months ago on my mortgage. They have failed to correct the error. My credit is ruined thanks the these low life's! I have 1 bit of advice. If you have a loan with them move it NOW, lest you will have your life ruined also!
