My experience with Matthew Neives and my loan process was a great one. No matter what time of day I needed assistance, he was there to accommodate me. His supervisor was also a great help to the process. I would highly recommend the services of interstate home loan to anyone.

I worked with Matthew Nieves. He was awesome and walked me through the whole process. Then when we hit a snag, he had great patience to help it get resolved. Would highly recommend him.

Let me start by saying that I don't write reviews. And I am quite the skeptic when dealing with any company that promises you how much they can help. But in this case Interstate Home Loan Center did just that. We had a very unique situation that most banks/loan companies wanted nothing to do with. We had been through the attempt at refinancing 3 times. Each time was a long drawn out process with endless disappointments. Matthew Nieves took over our refinance promising the same thing each loan officer had promised before him. Only this time he was telling the truth. Not only did we get what we wanted, but it took less than a month to close. (and that's only because we had a vacation within that time frame). Like I said, I was very skeptical when Matt came to us. I thought "this guy will be the same as the rest of them." But he was far from. First thing he did was schedule a meeting with my wife and I AT OUR HOME. this never happened before. I was very honest at how skeptical I was and Matt assured me that things would be done and in a timely manner. So thank you again to Matt and Interstate Home Loan Center for dealing with our unique situation and helping us with our refinance.
