I did an online quote - purchased insurance within 1 hour - two cars covered. I also purchased and monitor my stocks - and I had no idea what I was doing - but they took the time to tell me how. Lastly, I have a checking and savings account w/them. They don't charge ridiculous fees like my previous bank does. I love USAA and being affiliated with them. Downside . . . no ATMs to deposit cash nearby. I would think that your local federal building or va would have one. . . . not the case. Downside . . . .now that I have an investment account, I am bombarded with statements (that I really don't know how to read). I can't turn this off.

I have nothing but good things that come to mind with this company. Ultimately, it comes down to the customer service that is a benefit in itself when you become a part of their team. The car insurance is something to not ignore either - fantastic rates. I handle most of my life affairs with these guys and have found no one close to their competitive offerings and again, the customer service is unmatched and unfound anywhere else. Unfortunately this is a niche banking/insurance company with ties to the military, but the best nonetheless.

Auto insurance is the cheapest I have found and beats others hands down.
