Today my husband went to deposit my check due to the fact I was at work and could not leave he forgot to tell the teller to cash out my check so I called Dan in the DeWitt branch and he was very helpful and understandings !! He went above and beyond to help me and took care of the problem.You should be very thankful to have such great employees with great customer service ..Dan saved the day

Hidden fees. Policy changes too often. Bank cards are thin and crack. Set up minor's account incorrectly and lost a day of work due to mistakes. Branch manager position is like a revolving door. Took away homey, welcoming decor. People are nice enough but dint have the authority to do anything.
