Have an issue and been trying to get them in the phone, waited 15 minutes then they disconnect me. This is ridiculous.

You need a ticket for all services. No on site Loan Officer. Customer Service via telephone good luck, please set aside 45min to an hour of your day!

I have been a member for 15 years and the teller service is horrible. There are never enough and the ones that are there would rather talk to each other than help the customers. I was in there on 4/4/17 and there were 4 tellers and only one working the other three were to busy talking about there day. They were not doing anything else work related and after they were done talking they would help one person then go back to talking. The only reason I stay is because I work for the city but I'm out as soon as I retire.
