Went into the Branch the first week in November to request a secured credit card be closed. This was my 2nd attempt to close the account after being given misleading information. Manager incorrectly advised that it would be closed in 2 weeks and the money returned to either my checking or savings. I called back in 12/2/2015 and no record of the request was ever put in and they want you to wait another 45 days to get your money back. Horrible back office and customer service operations. No accountability. Seek a real bank for banking business.

Worst location .. I went there about 2 days ago the lady at the counter was really rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she knew which of the branches were working since I had already drove to 3 different locations and she rudely stated "no we are down and I can't help you".. terrible customer service
