Costumer service is amazing!

If you ever decide to purchase a vehicle and they use summit as the financing company opt out. The payment options are very inconvenient. In this day who doesn't offer direct payment online. They charge extra to pay over the phone. If you do not have a checking account with them you cannot make a payment with credit card. You would have to carry large amounts of cash into branch to pay your bills.

They refused to accept military ID when I lost my license. Said they will only accept NYS ID or a passport. I have used my military ID several times there and have been going there for about three years. I was trying to only deposit money. They refused my microchipped federal identification even though they claim "federal credit union" in their own name. Thanks guys. 11 years in the Army and counting but you can't even deposit my money. Thank you for your service.

The customer service has been great, always a friendly voice to assist. Payments have difficult to make to my auto loan. I have my bank send them checks but find that they are recieved late even when they are sent a week or better before the due date. I now find myself traveling well out of my way to deliver the payment on time in person. My review would become 5 stars for a more convenient payment option.

The tellers are always so nice and happy.
