If I could give 0 stars I would. Think of all the perks of a credit union. List them off. Keeping your money local? Fewer fees? A smaller bank? Lower loan rates? Now take all of that, throw it in the garbage, and hear me out. This credit union offers no app for smart phones. You need a 20 digit number to log in on a computer to access online banking. They close at ridiculously early times and have no 24 hour help line. It takes 4 days for things to clear in your account. You know how at most banks you have 24 hours to reverse overdraft fees if you accidentally go over and get the money in the bank within 24 hours? NOT HERE!! Kiss your money goodbye and say hello to banking like it's 1994. Happiest day of my life when I switched accounts. I had stayed with a credit union because when I lived in the Adirondacks I loved my credit union. This credit union was god awful at just about everything. When I called because I check bounced even though the money was in the account they basically told me, sorry not sorry. The teller even told me he doesn't do his own banking there. Pretty sure that sums up everything. Even their tellers won't use their terrible service. It was the tipping point for me. Money in the account but you're bouncing my checks? Good riddance.

I have been with my bank in SC for 14 years, no fees charged to my account for things that are not my fault. I have been in here several times due to Internet banking being ancient! I see one thing at home they see something totally different. They charge u a fee to call them and transfer money over the phone. The charge to have then automatically draft from one account if something comes through u may have missed us $10 (that isn't a problem)the problem is how is it $10 then next time it's $35. I was told if ur over ur transfer limit it $35. They will try to create things to give u more fees! I will be taking my money and moving it to a more up to date banking facility. Stay away please. Do ur research on other banks.

I'll advise anybody and everybody do not use this credit Union. The worst bank I ever delt with in my life and customer service is even worst
