This branch is the biggest reason why I pulled my money out of this bank. The customer service I received from this branch is atrocious and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I generally like Capital One Bank I've never really had any problems with them,but the Bethpage branch on Stewart Ave.has horrendous customer service!!!!!!!!! I spoke with someone from this branch regarding ATM limits and she was very rude and did not understand basic questions I was asking! Inside the branch isn't much better!!! If you bank with Cap.One.try not to deal with this branch! Terribly Run!
