Bethpage Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY

After 2.5 months and still waiting for under wring for my mortgage! I am pretty sure we have good financial, good credit and not ask for big number of mortgage. But they have extreme slow progress I never heard! Be ware!

Not only is the customer service deplorable (I.e. they do not respond to requests from their clients) but they are so strict regarding mortgages I would not recommend them to anyone! If your job or financial position changes - they leave you high and dry. Lastly, their mortgage servicing department is not set up to send emails, they can only fax..Needless to say, their mortgage program is poor and I am embarrassed to be a client.

i HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD 2 TIMES ASKED FOR THE SAME INFORMATION 2 TIMES 1/2 HOUR GONE AND i CANT SPEAK TO THE HEAD OF THE MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT RE LACK OF SATISFACTION OF THE NOTE DOCUMENTS. MORE OVER THE WOMEN I SPOKE WITH MICHELLE AND TIFFANY WERE CLEARLY TOO LIMITED TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY; i HAVE SIGNIFICANT BANKING AT BFCU THAT IS NOW BEING RECONSIDERED AS THE STAFF USES THE 800 NUMBER AS A SCREENING TOOL AND I AM NOT GOING TO CONTINUE TO WASTE MY TIME PLAYING THE GAME WHERE WE PASS AROUND THE PHONE CALL AND NOTHING GETS ACCOMPLISHED'

They offer very good rate, fast process. I am 100%satisfied with bethpage credit union. Highly recommend to everyone who needs mortgage.

I don't bank here; however I applaud their community outreach and values. Impressive bank and corporate office.
