I open a new account and my card was sent to an old address that i haven't lived at in 3 years. I still haven't gotten my card. Then my paycheck is supposed to go to my account every friday. Is it on there? Nope! Such a bad company seriously. The only thing good about it is that the tellers are nice people.

When I opened my account it was a pleasant and smooth process. The woman was extremely help, courteous and full of information. She made it clear to me all aspects of my new account. Even when I asked her about home equity loans/LoC, she was more than happy to get me details and quotes.
