With having a new employment opportunity in Reno, I decided to open a local account with MACU. As the other tellers were very busy with customers, I was greeted and given due courtesy by the Branch Manager, Ms. Tammy Flowers. In a very short time, I had my account activated, debit card made, checks printed, and all my questions answered and given information on MACU's other Reno location and future developments for a drive up teller. This is not Wells Fargo, MACU is unequivocally superior. No sales pressure of any kind, just great customer service! I highly recommend MACU to anyone.

Move to Sparks from Alaska recently. First visit to the Los Altos Branch of MACU I was surprised by the greetings from the counter staff Brian and Nelson. Soon thereafter opened an account. Told my wife how great the service was and she has an account here too. Always a pleasant experience at this branch.
