Greatest GROUP of PEOPLE EVER! ! ! ! !

OMG .! One banker is so rude she is the only person who are bad element there ..! I forget the name but she is the only one short lady and she use the first desk on the 2 separate office at the cornel . .! I don't like this women don't have a good costumer service preparation .! !

alot of fees but if you're careful not to overdraft its an awesome bank.

Okay so this is literally the worst Wells Fargo in all of the Reno/Sparks area... and before I wrote this review I gave it many many chances. Also I never even write reviews but this deserves one. So there are a few reasons. 1. I always come in to get change, and it's kind of a lot. When I used to get it at the one in sun valley they would usually tell me in how long they'd have it ready and I'd show up and just pick it up with the merchant teller. At this one not one of the about 15-18 times that I've came have they had the change ready! It's so annoying! I always call ahead and sometimes they'll tell me 15 minutes and I'll still give them 30 extra minutes to have it ready. But they never do! Then I end up waiting around 20-25 extra minutes every. single. time. And I GET it sometimes they get really busy but there's been times when I walk in and there is like 1 person in line and like 3 tellers just chillin and they STILL don't have it ready. Like if it's not going to be ready or they're busy they can just tell me can you give us like and hour or something so I don't waste more of my time! 2. The atms NEVER work! This doesn't have to do with the employees. But the ATM machines are almost always not working or returns most of your money bc it can't read it or simply not accepting deposits. And this is seriously a weekly problem. Not even once in awhile. 3. Okay this one is about the employees. Look, I get it. Sometimes you don't LOVE your job or whatever, but that's never an excuse to be careless about it. I mean, at least with the tellers they can seem to care less about your problems. Or if you have an issue or something, they always seem to settle for the "sorry, there's nothing I can do" instead of trying to give you a few other options and it's just pretty disappointing to see. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 was because there are like 2 tellers that actually seem to care and actually try to help. So props to them. But seriously, I'm so over this Wells Fargo. It's worth it to drive an extra mile to go to another one. Hope they can fix their issues soon.
