Great place and beyond understanding staff. They helped me look at all my options to find what works for me!

We purchased a used car through the Clark County Credit Unions auto broker Dan & asked all the questions that a buyer would ask (brakes, tires, mechanical). We were told that the vehicle was inspected by the credit unions mechanic & had passed inspection. I noticed I had a screw in one of the tires of our new used car & had to take the car in to repair the hole in the tire. I was told by Discount tire that all 4 tires shouldn't even be on the road that they were all in the red zone & they couldn't repair the tire because it was unsafe and that I shouldn't be driving on any of the tires because they were so bad. I have only had the car for a little over a month & only put 1,500 miles on the car & had to spend $1,400 on new tires on a car that I was told passed inspection. I called & spoke with Dan who was the one who told me that it passed inspection. He said he was very sorry for the inconvenience but they couldn't do anything for me. The tires were dated 2012 it's 2016. There's no way they inspected the tires. I will never buy a car or do business with this bank ever again. Which is sad because we have 20+yrs with this bank & all of our loans & banking have been through them.
