Financial Horizons Credit Union in Hawthorne, NV

so i have had to replace 3 atm due to fraud... and now online banking is asking me for a security question i didnt set up to use...thus locking me out of banking. The staff in location is awesome friendly and nice...but the services dont match up to the people..Seriously I mean seriously taking all our money out and moving it to another credit union. I never have these issues with First Tech or Denali update - I do a lot of online trading and i receive payouts from scottrade as does my mother. Every single time she receives a check for dispersal and goes to deposit it we are treated like criminals trying to pass a bad check. Literally glared art and scowled at with suspicion. I have had it with this place.

Worst customer service. They screw up so much. They can't even provide proper service without lying or screwing up. I'd go to Fallon for another bank before dealing with such undesirables if I could they'd get zero stars
