Greater Nevada Credit Union in Carson City, NV

I have to say that I am in love with GNCU. I've never had to wait an inordinate amount of time for a teller, as they are always adequately staffed. They are always friendly, and always take great care of me. As far as their online services, they might not be as flashy as some bigger banks, but more than adequate for all my online needs. But their customer service is where they really shine. I've had to cancel cards, add addresses, verify online vendors ability to accept payment, etc., and the service is always EXCEEDINGLY prompt, and my issues are always resolved without any headache. I would definitely recommend GNCU to anyone looking for kind, personal, very professional service.

What I hate about it: Like any other financial institution Fees and more fees!!! I am sorry but I am not paying $5 per statement, I tried signing up for online banking and what a headache I had to call tech support because I entered incorrect information that doesn't match what's on their records so I called tech support and guess what? I have to wait for them to call me back! Really? I am sorry but unfortunately I have a life and work and cannot be hanging by the phone waiting for tech support to call me!!!

Service inside the bank is great but every time I try to do anything bank related online it's a hassle. I couldn't enroll for online banking or even activate my debit card. If I can't do anything online without going to the branch than why offer that service
