Wells Fargo started assessing a checking service fee in September of 2011 without proper notification. We've had this account for many, many years. Upon calling the customer service line and speaking to a foreign national and then her supervisor for almost an hour, I find out that they have no authority to do anything about the issue - they gave me a PO Box to write to. Pathetic! I will no longer be banking with Hell's Fargo!

Veronica denied for me to deposit an insurance claim check because was not ALSO endorsed by the escrow company. Did she really expect us both to share an account?!
