No matter what branch I go to the customer service absolutely SUCKS. No professionalism what so ever, they're rude, they talk down to you as if they're better than you. It's infuriating just knowing that I have to go back every month to make my payment. I would move my loan elsewhere if it wouldn't cost me to do so. Only gave them one star because I had to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere it'll be worth it!!!

It has a drive-in ATM. If you have any credit union, you can take $ out without a fee.
