Worse place to get a car. Had us waiting for about 4 hrs telling us it looking good just to wait a bit longer then tells us its gonna take a bit longer told us he will call back tomorrow by 11 to sign papers. We had yo call back around noon and told us we are very busy ill call you in 20min. 2 hrs went by and we called and spoke to a manager and daid the banks are closed we will call you Monday. Which they never did. We had to call again anf gave us the same crap that they will call us back. And again they never did. The sales man we dealt with was just giving us hope and making us belive we were gonna get the car. Worde place to buy a car. Don't waist ur time and money in thid place.

Bought new 2104 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jack Key. On Jan 19, 2017, after all recalls had been installed, this car exhibited a spontaneous shift from park to neutral while the car was vacant and OFF, causing it to roll backwards uncontrollably. Likely the same failure that killed actor Anton Yelchin. Still under warranty. Jack Key did a trivial attempt to replicate the failure, and when it did not immediately replicate, they refused to do any further root cause analysis of this deadly problem. The problem is apparently a ZF transmission failure (the transmission is only serviced at the factory) - it is NOT caused by the monostable shift lever. This means the problem probably exists in all Jeep GC's including 2017's. In the new Jeep Cherokee models FCM has implemented automatic electric parking brake to mitigate the problem but did not add this safety feature to the Grand Cherokee models.

This place, frankly, SUCKS. I sold them my limited edition Charger at their request because of the 'need' for them again on the lot. It's been over 2 weeks. They STILL HAVE NOT PAID OFF MY LOAN, nor have I signed ANY papers. You call, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I bought a Challenger - they busted off my rocker panels, THREE TIMES. I finally had enough. Traded that in for a Mustang. Then I tried this Charger. Well, 2 recalls in 2 years (Only 1 of which they fixed, they claim the other is 'optional'), plus things constantly breaking ... I'm done. I am so DONE with this dealership. Their customer service blows. You can never get the help you need. They go through employees like toilet paper, so you never talk to the same person twice. Tried to buy a spare tire for my Charger & was told "Oh no man, we have a slime machine to do a temp fix on your tire, it'll get you about 50 miles to get to a dealership'. Considering I drive 300+ miles a WEEK, this is not acceptable, nor safe in such a large state where you can drive hours & not see a gas station or even a human being. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the way this dealership has treated me. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them - nor will any of my family or friends. I advise anyone & everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. The worst experience ever! Waited 3 days to hear back for a approval. Jack key said I got turned down even with good credit. Found out through bank they never check. They didn't want trade to go through since they felt they offered me too much for my trade in. Hope Holloman AFB doesn't support these guys.
