What a waste of building material! This bank has ZERO compassion for its customers! I got an 80 cent overdraft and it cost me $32 AFTER I deposited $132 the same day. Now charging me $3 a day for being overdrawn AFTER I told them to close my account. The tellers have no brain cells - a teller told me I shouldn't be charged an overdraft fee because I made a deposit before the bank caught up with the overdraft. I set up my account where, if there was not enough money in the account to deny payment at the P.O.S (Point of Sale). Didn't work! ACH doesn't apply to this type of transaction. Will Bank 34 work with me to clear this matter up? HELL NO! They demand $32 for an honest mistake over 80 cents. Stay away from this bank.

Great customer service. Employees treat me like a good neighbor. Online service is a little confusing and transactions seem to take a long time, but it's comparable with the quality of the other local bank I use.
