TD Bank in West Long Branch, NJ

Never had I ever ment such idiots in my life I went through the drive thru they idiot lady never gave me back my card and I was already at the dentist so I had my husband go with our marriage paper to get it. But this a-hole was lik its right here but I'm not gonna give it to u... so I go in there they threw it away! JDidn't even shred it! Such retards there. Never go there go to the one in ocean! And she was being so rude to me! Unbelievable I'm switchin to wells fargo!

I will not be visiting this branch ever again, theres always an issue with something, the atm is never working when you want it to and the clerks won't let me cash my fathers checks even though the checks are signed over to me.

Sad that banks can justify charging a fee to cash their own checks. I will never open an account here. Another example of corporate profit replacing fair play in business.

Nice friendly staff

TD bank has very convenient hours. The staff is pleasant to work with and very helpful when you have a problem, even calling the main bank to help solve issues. Opened and closed accounts without hassle in the past. It can be crowded with some delay in meeting with the staff on weekends but that is true in all the local banks. Nice selection of checking accounts including an over 60 account with no or decreased charges. The only issue I have is the extra charge on some checking accounts if you want copies of your checks on the statement. They will print copies for you at the bank if requested but there is a time limit on how far they can go back.
