BEWARE ... STAY AWAY .. ESP FROM Doug! I am not sure how long they have been in business but it looks like they are just so desperate to get a customer that their loan officer said that since he works on commission only we must be obligated to seal the deal with him. Not only we were still under initial offer period/attorney review (on the very first stage of the deal) he called us names and liars. First of all who talks like this ? and then who will like to be pressured by a lender to sign the deal when you are not even out of the initial offer stage.. literally I am talking about 1 WEEK time since we got in touch with them. To me they appeared like a bunch of desperate scammers who didn't like the fact that they weren't able to get anywhere in just few days. We have contacted few other lenders and they have been so welcoming. polite and helpful, AND NOT DESPERATE AT ALL like Doug. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Glad we saw their real face in time.
