This is not your typical pawnshop Chris and Bill the owners of the place make you feel like your family whenever I needed something they were always more than willing to help out very friendly staff Very nice and clean environment Great prices. I never felt like I was being cheated are taking vantage of I moved to Arizona and before I left they gave me a going away present it was a 1 ounce silver coin with their logo. I dealt with a lot of pawnshops before and none was that nice and courteous to me Thanks guys for everything. and always being there for me yours truly Sara carmona

Q's has to be the friendliest pawn shop I've ever run into, which is a surprise in Jersey. Just bought a house and needed to get a few extra bucks to get through the weekend and found this place online. Popped in and he offered me a reasonable amount to loan on my guitars and was also very friendly and it looks like he has some great prices on stuff for sale as well. So either way we will definitely be back, hopefully next time it will be to buy.

Great people great place! I lost my family a while back so I have nobody to help me with anything. When I was down and out Q's was there to help with the money I needed. Now I'm doing much better but still need a hand now and then. They are, and always will be my go 2 place. Thank you guys. You are like family locked behind a glass box to me now. God Bess you!!! So far so good. I dropped my expensive cell phone (oops) and needed money to buy another. Took a loan out against my guitar. Guy was friendly, and helped me quickly. I wanted a little more of a loan than he was willing to give me ($50 or $100 more) but he looked my guitar up on Craigslist from what I could see. Only problem is that my guitar isn't for sale there. The cheaper model is which is $200 less than what mine sells for. But I also understand as he doesn't know me and we just met. So, I was happy to get what I get and was able to order a new phone. The rates are reasonable and I'll be back in a month or two to get my guitar. Your items are kept in climate controlled storage. If my items come back in the same condition then this review serves it's purpose, otherwise I'll come here and update it to reflect my experience.
