Love is life

Their customer service has gone down the tubes. I've been a customer of theirs for 25 years and they treat us like we work for them. I tried calling the direct number for the bank and was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up and went there, only to find out I couldn't deposit my tax check I waited for 14 weeks to get. If they would have picked up the phone, I would have known what or who to bring with me. I am taking my business elsewhere.

First financial deposited a check they previoiusly told me was invalid, causing me an overdraft fee. Their customer service was terrible and they refused to correct their error and reverse the fee. They also recalled a valid payment made to a credit card the day after it was posted, and charged me an overdraft fee based on a 'hold' they put on my available funds the next day, even though my account never went below 0. Stay away!!!

I have been a member for years and they are always there to help me when I have questions. They are always friendly and inviting and I always have a nice experience when I go there!

I've been a customer for 4 months and am very pleased with their service. They are very helpful and patient with my slowness on doing my bills on line. There are many opportunities to save with low interest loans and such. I also appreciate their security with our information. This bank is all about helping the customer save money. Thank you.
