WORST BANK EVER! Staff do not help you in anyway. There can be 100 tellers and 1 person waiting and no one would ask, "how can I help you". Changing banks ASAP! Do not invest your time, service, or money into this poorly operated establishment.

Waited for 30 minutes and I was about to leave they told me they can help me and to wait. I ended up waiting another ten minutes. I wasted my time. Never again.

Most unprofessional bank branch I've been to in recent memory. Went in here to make a simple payment on my auto loan. Upon entering this branch I was greeted by no one and there was no indication of where a line, if any, were to be formed to see a teller or someone of the like. There were four tellers on duty: One male who was already helping a customer, as well as three other female tellers who were too busy congregating amongst themselves to assist, or even acknowledge, myself or the other gentlemen that was waiting amidst the disorganization of this place. After standing there for about two minutes without a word being said to me post walk-in, I walk up to the window with the three tellers and ask if I could be helped or if there's a line i should be waiting in for assistance. Their collective response was to give me dirty looks and tell me to wait for them to finish (whatever it was that was so important three of them had two customers waiting), all the while assuming that because they were behind glass I was unable to hear the snarky comments they were blatantly making about me due to my interruption. When the one woman finally decided to help me and I request to pay by card, she informs me that I can't do so here but that a branch up the street could take care of it, to my utter shock that all branches under the same corporate umbrella wouldn't retain the same payment technology. Since my home was closer, I went back there to get a check and returned to the branch shortly after, greeted by the same uncaring and blank stares akin to a person bewildered that they would be requested to do their job. Only difference upon second entry was hearing one of them say "he's back" to the others. Real professional (sarcasm). I would also love to put some type of name up here for reference, but at no point was i told a name, did i see a name tag or any form of identifying info on these tellers, other than the receipt i got indicating teller 2804 at the Sheperd branch.
