Got screamed at that they are too busy to do a change order for me. "We don't have time to count all that out" was what I was told. Then they only told me they'd give me half of what I needed because it was too much! How does a bank not have enough money?

This is the worst bank I ever used. The corporate needs to do something about it. I will never come back they held my cash. They take 30 minutes at the drive thru all the time even when it's not busy. The inside is not clean. And they're loud and unprofessional.

Staff is very slow, looks untrained or doesn't know how to attend customers. Usually takes 20-30 min to serve one customer on busy day like Saturday and Sunday. Only two people to attend, 5 people in the queue. It's almost 50 mins I'm in line.

Unfortunately this is my closest branch. Surely TD can do better than this. It seems that most personnel care but there is definitely a lack of professionalism.
