Affinity Federal Credit Union in Edison, NJ

Just wanted to cash coins in. The coinstar machine at Walmart was down so I was directed to this one. Apparently you have to be a member of the bank to use the coin machine..none of this is stated on their or coinstars website nor was their a sign anywhere near the machine stating such policy. There wasn't even a warning from the machine..just stated the percentage fee coin star takes. I then had to give my social security number and license info...then was charged a $5 fee...then told I couldn't use it to again unless I was a memever....so why was I charged $5 if the machines account holders only? All in all it was a stupid process and policy and took way to long..just go to Walmart and avoid this bank..I could only imagine the fees account holders endure.

Ok I don't even know where to start with this business. There is literally 4 people ahead of me and I'm sitting here waiting for one of their tellers or whatever the people in the office are called. Talk about SLOW MOVING? Oh my god. I can't even give them 1 star for anything. SPEED IT UP

Great bank! Quick and responsive. There are no bank fees and the member fees are few.

They really don't have better rates for car loans. Stick with the what the dealer gives you.

Terrible service, I was directed here through an affiliate branch and couldn't get my ATM card to work, when I went to the teller they stated they don't help non members at the counter and I could only access the machine. The correct thing to do would have come and see what the problem was but they didn't even bother to try and help. I went to another branch in the next town and they knew how to treat a customer. The Edison branch needs a whole new staff including the manager.
