This is outrageous, U.S Home Capital claimed if lender doesn't received a refund from HUD the lender has nothing to refund to the borrower. Stonegate Mortgage which is my servicing company has already refunded me all of the monthly PMI I have made on my account. You really want to know why you haven't received anything from HUD is because the check was Topheld by treasury for debt owed to treasury. I have documents to prove it...Stonegate Mortgage has advised me to pursue this matter in court...You guys have been ignoring my phone calls, emails. So I have to air out your dirty laundry.
