In average you have to wait for 35-45 min before someone will talk with you. Slow and unprofessional people work here.

Terrible services! Bank rep was very rude!, unprofessional and INCOMPETENT! I don't know where they got them from. One rep named Katherine was like a robot without any banking experiences! If you have an account with wellsfargo, go to another branch to deal with, NOT this one!

The location is inconvenient to drive to, and the outdoor ATM is sometimes out of order, forcing customers to deal with tellers who are only interested in upselling balance transfers and credit cards.
