Absolutely terrible. Not only did they battle me on the price but they sold me a car my mechanic refused to let me drive. The wheel bearing was shot you could hear the clear growling. They didn't detail it at all. There was dog hair, dust, stains everything. When I took it back for them to fix they had it for FOUR DAYS and only fixed the wheel bearing. They refused to take the front tint off the windows which is illegal. They failed to put a cap on my OIL which resulted in oil being all over the engine. These were the most ridiculous people I've ever dealt with then they ran my husbands credit score FOUR times which lowered his score. They made me miss a day of work so they could fix my car. Then failed to call me to tell me they had to keep it another day. So I had to go up there and fight with them for a rental. After four days of not having my car I went to pick it up and had to drop off the rental. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE QUICKLY. They will screw you in every possible way they can. They're liars, they have no intention of selling you a good car. They have no accreditation from the BBB for a reason.

Texted with Ryan for a while & he convinced me to go here...90 min from where I live. Had an incredible deal done, that no other dealers would do, in a short amount of time. I worked with Mike, and his finance manager was awesome. They've earned my trust and repeat business, and I'm actually looking forward to going back in a few years! I got exactly what I wanted and I'm not paying a mortgage for a truck!! Go down there, talk to Mike, or ask for Jose, & they'll work miracles. I'm still in shock that they were able to help me!

I had been looking online for a new Wrangler since I just wasn't in love with the Grand Cherokee I was driving. Via a text from John, I was told to ask for Jose or Dan when I stopped in. Dan immediately introduced me to Jerry Cronk who really took the time to work out everything I needed. When the payments came back higher than I wanted, he suggested leasing a vehicle which is something I would never have thought of because I do a lot of driving. He assured me that everything would be ok, and we went ahead with the lease. I could not be happier to be back in a Wrangler, and it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a Jeep. Thanks, Jerry!

I'm not really a car person and they took advantage of that when I was trading in a car. The sales person first tried to hide what he was offering me for my car and asked me to sign before telling me they were giving me 6,000 less than my car was valued at. Then the car I was trading in for they tried to sell to me for 10,000 more than it was worth and the salesman assured me I could afford $1,000/month car payments. I understand this is a business and they are trying to make a profit. That does not mean it is okay to try to take advantage of people and be an overall scumbag of a human being. I never write reviews for companies but I was so disgusted with the service at this place I felt I needed to.

On Monday, February 27th, I went with a close friend to support her in purchasing a new car. After about an hour of negotiating a deal, we decided to leave as my friend was not happy with the offer being presented to her. But before leaving, I asked the finance manager, to whom we'd been speaking to, to see some numbers on a Charger Hellcat. To my surprise, he actually laughed at me! That is, until I informed him about the vehicle I currently drive (which is a good $10k, and some change, more than the Hellcat). At this point, the laughter stopped and he proceeded to ask the salesman, who had already seen my car when we went for a test drive, to take my number and call me with the numbers. Well, too late! The offense had already been committed. I will never do business with Cherry Hill Dodge again, and neither will any of my friends, family, or associates, if I can help it. The principles of good customer service have clearly been lost upon this dealership.
