My parents have been loyal customers of the branch for very many years. However, recently, they see no respect and appreciation from the branch manager and other staff (this has begun when the branch became Wells Fargo). Friendliness and attention to the customers' needs completely disappeared and is going worse and worse over years. I, myself, have experienced a lot of frustration by the management of the branch unwillingness to go some extra mile to help the customers. I always feel frustrated and belittled when I try to help my parents. I am dealing with many banks but have never seen such a poor service as at this Wells Fargo branch.

I hate coming to this branch... Im always waiting until they get done there conversation to get helped. I never can go into this branch and be welcome and treated nice. I dont come to this locate alot knowing its about 2miles away i rather go somewhere thats 10 to 5 miles away because i know i would be treated nicely and greated when i walk to the door.

Worst service ever, from the bankers all the way up the Bank manager. I did a wire transfer 3 weeks ago they took the money and they refuses to transfer it over or return it back to my acct. They're making excuses that they need a passport!!!! I gave them all my SSN and tax id and all my other info and they refuses to transfer the money to my dad acct our even return it to me. $2500 was taken from my acct in this location. I called the banker who did the transfer he hang up on me. And when i went back to the bank he admit that he hang up on me and he is willing to do it again!!! All under his manager watch and she is ok with that! Cust service knew whats going on they promise they gonna help but they never did. Please don't go to this location, i advise you to go to different location or even different bank, bcz this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN!
