Title Cash in Somersworth, NH

Don't ever go to Portsmouth and see Josh. I got a small $400 loan like 6 months ago from Epping and I paid back in time. I actually overpaid and they sent me a check. I had to go in last month for $400 loan again to buy food(I'm a single dad with a 3 and 4 year old). The people were amazing and so outgoing in Epping but 2 weeks into my loan something happened and they closed Epping but opened Portsmouth instead and transfered everything over to there. I had 30 days to pay back $530 which is almost 30% interest. The $530 was due on January 30th 2017 which was a Monday. Josh from Portsmouth harassed me over and over before it was even due even though a few months ago I paid on time. He started calling me the 24th to remind me. Then continued January 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. I explained that I felt like he was calling me too much and it bothered me as he had no reason to do that. When I asked him why he kept calling he said he kept forgetting that he already talked to me. Then on Monday I tried to pay the $530 with a card over the phone and was told that I was not allowed to make the full payment using a card. Josh said he wouldnt let me pay the full ammount but allowed me to pay all but 0.75 cents. That's correct you heard me right....0.75 cents. So he was giving me a hard time about me coming down to fill out the paper work for 0.75 cents even though I live 40 miles away in Hampstead, NH. He said he would mail me back my title as long as he received his 0.75 cents in the mail. What horrible customer service and a terrible experience. No way will I ever ever ever ever go back to Title Cash in Portsmouth or see Josh. What a dink.
