Proper training needed at these branches not just throwing new people that have no clue what they are doing on the drive thru window without supervision. Management at your Exeter branch has horrendous customer service skills and the main Somersworth branch cannot seem to process payroll checks correctly.

Website sucks, the tellers seem to be about as qualified as cashiers Market Basket, and they have plenty of weird, out-dated hoops to jump through. For example, if you pay off your loan with SCU and had automatic payments, you have to write a handwritten letter to a separate department telling them to stop drawing money from your account. Go somewhere else.
